In this short term project, I worked with collapsibility as a premise. I was investigating different types of hinges and considered the latch hinge to be an easy attachable and durable fixture. The latch hinge is commonly known from jars and bottles and is used in many homes all over the world. The assembly of the stool is therefore easy, simple, functional and familiar.
