Inspired by some laminate chairs from the 1950s and 1960s that have a bend in more than one direction, a contemporary chair was created using this technique. In the process of designing the structure of the chair itself between the backrest and the legs it was a solution of biscuits and has become an important detail that made it possible to make an overturned chair for easy packaging and transport. Two prototype versions were developed to try out different solutions. Biscuit chairs are made of oiled ash wood and aniline leather. A prototype made at The Danish Art Workshop and supported by the Danish Arts Foundation.
