A tool for observation that puts you within a space looking out at the world through a small opening that can be adjusted by rolling the upper ‘eye’ structure on a bearing. It serves to separate you from your immediate surroundings and limit your range of sight so that you can observe it with distance. The range of sight is limited to straight ahead and upwards, encouraging observation of the sky. The top bearing is removable, and the seat height is adjustable.
