Miguel Angel Bahri – MAZDA SHINSHI CONCEPT- Human After All

This is a project done for Exterior/Styling subject in school back in 2015. I wanted to create a pure thrilling experience machine for Mazda. Everything started with the question of how to bring a racing focused supercar for Mazda, based on pure driving experience for the incoming autonomous future. After the initial toughs, the challenge was to develop a concept inspired by the Japanese culture, taking also influence from nature and the ocean, with the stingray and the samurai’s DNA serving as a bridge to connect the SHINSHI proposal with Mazda’s design philosophy.
