Design and prototyping of a limited series Cafe-racer. The design brief, set from the beginning, called for a nostaligic retrofuturistic approach. “Nostalgic” meant that for the futuristic part, inspiration was to be drawn from earlier conceptions about the future. The result was a seamless monocoque body part with streamline art-deco influences from the 30’s and a 80’s futuristic movie flair, clearly distinguishing itself from, but still working visually with, the 60’s replica chassis.
