Result of watching “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” and “Arrival” one after another 🙂 It’s a concept of a device (kind of like a magic wand) that, with help of futuristic force-field-beaming technology, allows muggles to cast magical spells. The device beams a stream of force that allows to manipulate objects within it’s range and imitate the effect of casting a spell: object levitation (Wingardium Leviosa), pulling an object closer to the user (Accio) and open locks (Alohomora). It’s a mix between very futuristic concept and Harry Potter magical universe.
